Co-Founded in 2013 by siblings Bianca & Dylan Golden. Bianca & Dylan were struggling to find a place in their respective art communities and at the time did not have the words to articulate what was missing. So they began to collaborate bringing different mediums together such as music, dance and film. After they had their first live performance/video release in 2013 in a small bar in the lower east side of NYC, a new dream was born. It became apparent that what they were after was an artistic community that valued supporting one another, bringing hope to each other and telling untold stories. As the years followed, the fight for social justice and equity became the forefront of all of GSM Creative projects. “What is happening in our world and in this country deeply affects us, we constantly have to look at our own bias, while healing from the traumas of our identity, this is why we make films” - Bianca Golden. The fight for social change is what has influenced our path. GSM Creative is committed to reshaping this world through our films.
